Job Loss as a Dream Maker…. argh

OK I saw a post on facebook that I had to comment on…..

OK well I get that there is a need to follow your dreams… and I also get that some people ‘choose’ to be jobless… but how is enacting a piece of legislation that basically eliminates 2.3 million jobs (reference FEB2014 CBO Report) the right thing for the people?

Lets just examine this as it sits.  If there was a way to help the economy you would think that the government (federal state and local) would be all over it, right?  You would think that if Obama was interested in helping the economy he would find ways to do so with fervor, right?

It just so happens that the economy is sluggish and dropping fast.  The job creation numbers are a sham because they are simply not providing people with all the facts.  There might be more jobs but the Labor Force participation is going down.. so what does that say?  Also even the private sector job growth versus the public sector job loss is a number sham.  According to a Bill McBride article titled “Public and Private Sector Payroll Jobs: Reagan, Bush, Clinton, Bush, Obama” on CalculatedRiskBlog this is still a drain on onverall unemployment:

However the public sector has declined significantly since Mr. Obama took office (down 732,000 jobs). These job losses have mostly been at the state and local level, but more recently at the Federal level.  This has been a significant drag on overall employment.

Obama is also disliked by a large majority of African-Americans in Chicago, Illinois.  All you have to do is go read the what is being said by African-Americans from Chicago.  An article by Kevin DuJan on HillBuzz titled “EXTREME Black Anger in Chicago at Obama: ‘He done did it. He ruined it for us. White people don’t feel guilty no more and won’t do stuff for us now'” shows that his popularity is seriously lacking amongst African-Americans there was shown after interviewing members of “The Think Squad”.

…and they similarly saw Obama do nothing for blacks (or any of his constituents in general) as a United States Senator…

Many members of this community are even are asking him to quit according to an article  by Noah Rothman in Mediaite called “‘Just Quit’: Group of Black Political Activists in Chicago Savage Obama’s State of the Union”.  This tells me not only is he not helping the economy but he cannot even help people where he rose to power.

“Just quit,” Mark Carter added, “because if this is what you call helping us, then just stop helping us.”

So does the Obama administration think they are helping the economy by ‘purposely reducing job outlook’?  OK one might say that when I say ‘purposely’ that might be a strong and even unfounded word but what else can you call the way democrats are treating the job loss predicted by the CBO report that is directly related to Obamacare?  Below you see an interview with Nancy Pelosi also stating that this job loss is merely a way for people to find their dream according to an article by Joe Saunders on BizPacReview titled “Pelosi: Death of 40-hour work week means freedom to ‘follow your passion’” and quoted below:

Americans with a lot free time on their hands thanks to Obamacare can spend it pursuing their happiness instead of earning a living, House Minority LeaderNancy Pelosi said Sunday.

She went on to say:

Overwhelmingly, for the American people, this is a liberation

Are you kidding me?  Are you all smoking crack?  Doing LSD and seeing rainbows fly out the behinds of other democrats?

OK let me get back to the point of why I labeled this ‘purposely’.  I get that any decent American, even politicians, think they are trying to do the right thing when they create legislation like this and they all defend the CBO report to the death that this is a great thing.  This is why I say they are doing this on purpose.  There is no way on gods green earth a man as smart as Barrack Hussein Obama cannot ‘know what he is doing’ so that must mean they purposely wanted this job loss.

The sad thing is the people in this country that are part of the “entitlement generation” will embrace this.  They look at all this free stuff and say, why should I work?  I get all this free stuff.  Well the funny thing is it is not free… your neighbor is paying for it.  What would happen if the joke about the school teacher that when the class wanted normalized (socialized) grades and so the teach averaged and gave everyone the same grade happened in the workforce of the United States (reference LibertyPulse)?  I am not challenging the true or false nature of the story… I am merely asking what would happen if that actually happened to the America work force?  I submit if every single person in America simply left work for ONE pay period without pay that the entire economy would significantly suffer.  This socialism experiment could happen on this scale if organized properly.

These are possibly the 5 best sentences you’ll ever read and all applicable to this experiment:

1. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity by legislating the wealthy out of prosperity.
2. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.
3. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.
4. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it!
5. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that is the beginning of the end of any nation.

In other words Mediocrity is the new United States of America.  We are no longer the land of the free, we are the land of the free loaders.
